1. Services Provided

RocketSites offers affordable, static websites built with a blend of human creativity and AI assistance. Each plan includes content writing, design, development, and domain configuration (provided you own the domain).

2. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for purchasing your own domain.
• You must provide your logo and brand assets (if available).
• You agree to submit any required translations for non-English versions of your website.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before the website is finalized.

3. Website Content & Structure

• Content is generated in English by default.
• All websites are static, unless otherwise agreed upon in a custom quote.
• We do not include custom dynamic features (e.g., databases, logins) in our standard plans.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after receiving all required inputs and approvals from you. Delays in providing content or assets may extend the timeline.

5. Payment Terms

• Projects start upon full upfront payment.
• Prices start at $249 depending on your selected package.
• A $99 annual renewal fee is applicable after 12 months to keep your site live.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once the work has commenced. However, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction — so please reach out with any concerns.

7. Ownership & Rights

• You retain full rights to your domain and branding.
• RocketSites maintains the right to showcase your website as part of our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. Limitations of Liability

RocketSites is not liable for:

• Third-party service failures (hosting, domain registrars)
• Content accuracy if provided by the client
• Website downtime due to expired domains or DNS issues outside our control

9. Revisions & Updates

Each plan includes one round of minor revisions. Additional changes or future updates will be quoted separately.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone, at any time, for violating these terms or engaging in harmful conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. You'll be notified via email or website if significant changes occur.
